I enjoyed somehow in Turtlemint because of amazing colleagues. However HR management was deaf and dumb and don.t ask about senior leaders they are horrible.

Largely negative experience in Turtlemint some of the experiences are as follows. 1) Work culture: The overall work environment was not conductive to growth or employees well being. 2) Leave policy: while we were having planned leaves in advance there was little flexibility for unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness. requests for urgent leave were often denied, with the expectations that leaves will be pre-scheduled 3) Management: leadership and managerial practices were ineffective and always discouraging 4) Micromanagement: There was excessive oversight, which hindered productivity and autonomy. 5) Lack of Recognition: Managers always focused on mistakes rather than achievements. Even if 9 out of 10 tasks were completed successfully, manager's focus remained on that one error and incomplete task with no appreciation for the work done well. 6) Overall recommendation: Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining Turtlemint to anyone....Read More

Nothing , the culture is so horrible , they monitor your washroom time also . Our operations manager was so wicked crooked and evil minded . He would harras employee to resign if they would turn up late to office even 2 times a month

Please do not join this org . Unfortunately there was no one to tell me when I took up the offer . I faced various health issues at the age of 33-34 when I joined in . It’s not a good company . On sat n Sunday also they make u work full day

Employees and superior behaviour is not professional,No job security,how much fast you enter into the company that much fast you will exit...They will force you to exit...No proper probationary guidelines...simply day by day your target will increased by your L1 not by company...L1&L2 were directly hired from fish market by company...HR TEAM is just deaf and dumb...

There is no government holidays, not getting leaves on our cultural festivals, here is no proper appraisal cycle. The one who does good work he only gets more work instead of appraisal & incentive. No travel allowance is applicable to operation team.

Very I had hired 15 agents in the bad company and had also started the business, even after that they took my resignation within 3 months, not only my resignation but the resignation of the entire team was taken whose tenure of 3 or 4 months had passed.
