One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.

Communication gap from high level to low level. Process change more frequently. Still working will old process. Some manager are rude which affect company work culture as well as productivity of employee. Salary ofcourse less in the market

Expectation is very very high but learning period is not much more than a one month for department head , rather than department head approach to his engineer is not good bed behaviour such that person and all his is not good Knowledge.

Feel like a prison.. Not given proper guidelines and job description neither give annual appraisal as per performance. So experience is very bad in my job period.
