In some cases priority for production department. And if anyone can perform within time frame then that should not be compared to which who is spending more time at workplace.

There's no likes except QA and QC department. It's an utter waste organisation. They are sucking people energy and time. They are providing salary below 8k for QC. And no casual leaves allowed. Working environment is not safe for girls. Still they are in 60's. And so many male chauvinists are there. Casteism is playing a major role in that factory. HR is very worst. And site head, deputy site head are stupids. Very worst. Particularly for women so many harrassment are happening. There is no committee to solve women's problems.
