I have worked in quite a few companies over the years, and I have to say, the enthusiasm to make the workplace a better environment is a rare occurrence. The CEOs are actively present and approachable, the manager takes incredible initiative to assist the designers, and ensure that an actual work-life balance is maintained. Yes, sometimes we work well past the allocated time, but here, it is discouraged! I've been here around three months, so my opinion might be jaded, but never have I had such an excellent experience. The processes are still developing, but in this beta stage, they are leaps and bounds above the others in the market, and we have direct input into their development. The projects we gain here are clean leads, and it's been a while since I had fun talking to clients and taking them through the journey. However, yes, modular companies seem to be stalled in terms of what they can offer, but truww goes above and beyond to ensure that the clients get what they need, within reasonable boundaries. As far as I have learned about working with truww is that, truww values employee satisfaction first. When feel peaceful at work place you dont need to think twice. As it comes to company's work culture, the managers and the founders of the company are down to earth! It feels great to work here! Would suggest to join here!

I'm glad to be a part of TRUWW's family. I really like the technology which been created for the designing and production which really making us to deliver the product to the customers. With this technology being a OPS lead im able to complete the project as per the committed timeline to the customer. Eventually teamwork making the best change i believe.

Truww is tech oriented company and open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team, teammates are vey supportive and management is transparent and company polices are good, there is always healthy competition between departments which makes us to improve ourselves and company productivity.

I have noticed that sometimes work pressure is little high since there is healthy competition between departments.

My work is slightly challenging as I look after quotation making as per Client/ Designer requirement, Sometimes i have to co-ordinate b/w Design QC and Designer to understand exact requirement.

No growth opportunities, no secured future. Salary deductions for no reason with all lame excuses. Would recomend not to join this firm even if they offer a good package.

The work culture. The amount of pressure they put on a designer for sales and designing. People working here have no future. Every 2 months one person leaves the organisation. They harass you with their emails when you want to leave the organization.
