The best part of this company is that they will make you create presentation and excel files and they won't even take a look at it as they won't understand it the person only understand the world of money except worst company ever the MD Hemanth Bothra doesn't understand a word of IT or Operation and calls the Admin Team as the IT team, you are not allowed to make any decisions as he will only be the decision makers even if his ideas are wrong you can't correct him there is no work culture at all and his behavior towards his employees and very bad he shouts and scream at the top of his voice if he doesn't like something...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
