Firstly, to all the new joinees in this company or those who are thinking to join, don't work day and night in this company thinking the management would be impressed by you and will increment your salary. They don't care at all. A person not doing anything is earning the same as the one who is working 10 hours a day and even on theweekends. Secondly, the HR department of this company is totally a fraud. They gave us PPO after the internship and now have left us hung for over an year and still there is no surety whether they will hire us or not. The HRs are just shameless people who will do anything just to impress their Master (CEO and CTO). Thirdly, the senior staff members in this company are totally fools and arrogant people who can't digest that someone younger than them knows more than them. They will try their best to belittle you. Your opinions won't matter infront of those self proclaimed experienced developers. You will feel worthless in this company. Lastly, don't believe in their words. They will brainwash you in the induction that "We are family here", "We care for our employees" this and that. That's a total lie. Don't try to show your goodness or sincerity towards them as you will regret later. They will use you like tissue paper and throw you.
