Suddenly they come to desk and said you can’t continue your job from tomorrow they didn’t give me valid reason for that i work over there almost 3 years

These is a 3rd class company I will never recommend any one to join these company . Hr Sunita and other manager took 4 - 4 round . Then no feed back from the hr about selection and all . They are just telling u have to wait . Please don't join these type of company that will spoil ur future

This company is a corporate firm but it does not follow corporate rules. They take full advantage of their employees. working hours are 9 hours and 6 days a week. But they make their employees to work for more then 9 hours a day. There is no proper leave and they call you to work even on public holidays and even no Comp off is sanctioned.

There is nothing like in the organisation. Too much partiality and politics No job security, they can fired without intimate you. Salary not on time. Even company not provide you tea and water. All branch petty cash branch manager put in there pocket using dummy bills, no HR, owner relative rules on you even they dont know how to work. No salary ac, no insurance or mediclaim.
