The senior staff is not supportive. Behaviour is very rude. Most of staff is south indian and boss always support to south indian staff. Job is not secure in this company because boss remove the staff before giving any further notice. If we complaint against senior staff or South Indian staff boss not listen to us and immediately told us to not to come office from tomorrow. HR of the company is also not supportive. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinee....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? This company is a corporate firm but it does not follow corporate rules. They take full advantage of their employees. working hours are 9 hours and 6 days a week. But they make their employees to work for more then 9 hours a day. There is no proper leave and they call you to work even on public holidays and even no Comp off is sanctioned.
