I have been working here from last 3 years, got lot of opportunities to learn, manager, team lead guides you in proper manner, multiple projects to switch on, healthy work culture, technology growth and most importantly project teams are quite understanding, always help each other in achieving task. Trinamix is a very good company to start one's career. As a growing company it provides employees a lot of opportunities to learn especially in cloud technologies. A flexible company believes in employee freedom. It has been following Working from Home culture even before pandemic. Friendly and healthy work culture.

Work-life balance. Unorganised structure. Work imbalance, few resources work on multiple projects with extended hours where as few with no work.
