Trinamix is a place where you find Leaders but not managers. Great learning scope and opportunities. Job security,work culture is good and we are engaged with progressive work.

I feel the work load on an individual should be assessed periodically, so that it gives an opportunity to others who have less work and they can learn and explore.

A Company where you can access to senior management very easily to get the knowledge sharing and report and raise your concerns.

Not an appreciable Corporate culture. Need to work more on Policies. But if the company is running at a great pace. No need to change any thing in the success formula

Need to ensure good work-life balance.Sometimes work goes beyond working hours (14 hrs a day). Need to ensure timely growth of employee (sometimes it takes 4-5 years to move on to next role which really demotivates times employee).

Sometimes working more than 10hrs ,there are very less trainings what ever we required. Yearly holidays are very less compare to other companies
