Such a terrible HR management and lots of politics inside useless company i think CEO should atleast look into this matter why every employees is leaving the company if such things will happen then this company will be no more in future and truly they don't guide you properly no proper training will be done removing employees not even care about the employees this is how they played with employees life career such a waste place to work in Trimed solution and the salary they will pay very less. Personally worst experience and worst decision to accept offer in this useless organisation. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
