Our company triente technologies is given dipawali bonus to our team.

Dislikes

My company management was not able & not any contact with our site team for any types of motivation to resolve the problem like individual person or site issue extra. Our company is not following minimum wage last there years so it very bad our finenessnal condition.

I learnt more skills to improve my knowledge about data center management, UPS handling, LT panel maintenance, cctv camera installation extra.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
