The people who have come from Indian Inc. have a more approachable attitude than Triburg people.

Dislikes

The energy on the floor is too negative. And people are only working for having a Job as the pay is dissatisfying, people have an negative attitude, most of then hate the other people and talk ill about others.

Triburg I think is the only company in the industry who has employee retaining capacity, lots of employees working here from past 20 30 years Triburg also shares the profit with its employees as a business bonus on yearly basis

There are lots of office politics and technologically Tribug is very poor everything is on papers we have maintain manual files for everything. No one knows about clould networking work load is also so much and so many hinderences and hurdles in work procedure which delays the work and unnecessarily creates the burden
