I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The higher management (EVP & above) in Talent acquisition/HR team is worst, they would want you to run behind and praise them all the time like a pet even if they are not correct. Company is good but their salary structure is very bad. Performance bonus is almost 25% - 30% of your salary but you will only get 25% of total bonus mentioned in your CTC. There is no concept of work life balance, it depends upon manager. The company has moved average to worse in working style.
