In the store, the fault of the staff is always found out even if the DM has made the mistake and the DM reprimands any staff in front of the customer.Here no work is allowed according to your work profile except some favorite staff. Only account and inventory work is needed. There is no importance of HR work it should be done only at once in a month at the period of salary.

There are not any happy index. Why there are not any happiness projects. Because the company should know that the staff is happy or not. Nothing will happen by making good SOPs. If your recruited humans are not happy in their place. So company should be work on human happiness. Thanks

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is partiality. If there is a target was not achieve, than they give a punishment for work extra time.

I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
