It is a product oriented company. It values developing products and buying according to trend, and not just sales

The company lacks culture. They have ex pats at senior manager level which is good as one can learn new ways of doing things. However, there is no forum where each employee gets to know the work culture expectation. Also their policies are very old and nobody is keen on upgrading it. It could also be cause they are unable to retainnew people. Most employees of trent are old and have old values. Not that every old value is wrong but there should always be scope to upgrade. There is huge attrition rate. However, there seems no initiative from the HR team to look into it or take any kind of action. Even there is a borderline tendency of people to have yes boss attitude and overall culture is pretty toxic.
