Bad work environment and culture, teammates are supportive but the management is not good , company policies are too bad , and if you join this company then forgot about appraisals , TA DA etc , they offer you that but you will never get these things .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't solve any issues , salary is good but you will never get growth in this company , they will through you out without any reason and without any notice or pip time line , two of my colleagues faced these problems.
