Management, Lack of clarity, Stretching your work shifts by 3-4hrs is considered a good thing and earns you extra points in employee rating but still you'll get a poor raise, Poor Appraisal, Stagnation, Dry promotions, Back biting, office politics, Sparse opportunities for hands on learnings of new tools, Lack of appreciation (doesn't how hard you work or diligent you are), My advice, instead of wasting your time here, take 2-3 months, work on yourself and find a place that appreciates you and values you....Read More

The Management has not regards for an individuals personal life. They dont care about work life balance or not even compensate the employee for working over the weekends. They will call you any time in the night and ask you to join a meeting. They dont know how to plan a project properly. They will say anything to appese the client and then dump everything on the team and ask them to deliver.

Nothing to like about, lala company, if senior management has made their mind to throw you out then there is no chance to save you job, whether you work 12 hours or whatever handwork you do for them, they praise you for you hardwork but once their work is completed, you are completely useless. They put you on PIP for 1 week and you are out, no support or 2.5 month salary provided as backup.

I can list whole essay here so in short very poor management, pure lala company. Managers act like god fathers of the company if they have a thought to throw you out they will vome up with excuse that you are no productive or no proactive, same happened with 3 more people of my team they were thrown out the same way, whether you reach senior manager or director or senior HR its completely useless. Whatever documents or emails of contributions you provide as your hardwork and proof, they care nothing, its useless to join here and spoil you life working 12 hours a day. Stay away from HR who so ever is calling you with job offer. This is a fake company. The peoples there are so rude and not at all helpful, supportive and feels like the a toxic culture. And if they don’t have project they will put everyone bad thing on your head and terminate you. At the end you will feel demotivated and frustrated. So be careful before joining this company.
