The Holidays Scheme is very they can improve a little, Mind you the leave policy is one of the best but floater leaves (Festive leaves like Holi, Eid, Diwali, etc.) is very they can make some improvements, Apart from that, I guess the space is also reducing, now since its a growing company they hire new talents everyday and I guess they are working on procuring a bigger office space as well so nothing huge wrong Traya, Infact I would say its one of the peaceful startups to work at....Read More

They haven't fixed my PF issue till now in which they made the mistake. They do not give you complete details sometimes unless you ask for it. They should add character fit-based criteria to select employees. The other executives or team leader trying to pin you down or gas light you just to get more visibility like they have some jealousy to you.

Customer relation manager is Zahra is really toxic and doesnt treat her employees with respect and often makes an impact on her team’s performance She is not approachable at all. And carries her attitude around. She puts people down and thinks she is the superior person
