Likes

Diversified culture of different age groups and communities. Lots of good brainstorming session happen in the company, overall a decent work culture however due to travel industry being so badly the work culture has changed to some extent....

Dislikes

Lot of politics and sometimes very diplomatic management decisions are taken.

Decent work environment with a lot to learn being in a startup culture where you can explore different departments altogether

Work enviorment is good. All young people. Energetic enviorment.The base concept is good

Dislikes

Politics and biasness done by sr management , no value of people those who work hard. Sr management value more to the degrees not the skills. And its been 8 yrs now since this company started but its still a start up.
