The management of Kolkata airport, specially the lounge manager.... theirs work culture was so poor...They don't know what is the professional behaviour....and I don't why she became a lounge manager who didn't know about food and services...it's very pathetic

Usually the staff's can leave by 9hours.

They are asking the staffe report at 6a.m. they don't even bother how they will come and leave also at night same thing how they will go doesn't matter to them. Also hiring staffs from hotel background for swiping cards doesn't make sense.

There's a lot of scope for learning and growing in my career. There are fixes processes in place which makes it easier to handle work. There is a good chance for getting to work in another state as TFS is operating in multiple states in Inida. The team is well coordinated and easy to get in contact with.

Dislikes

Because of the fixed process, sometimes it becomes difficult to get somethings done faster. Otherwise everything is okay.
