There's a lot of scope for learning and growing in my career. There are fixes processes in place which makes it easier to handle work. There is a good chance for getting to work in another state as TFS is operating in multiple states in Inida. The team is well coordinated and easy to get in contact with.

Dislikes

Because of the fixed process, sometimes it becomes difficult to get somethings done faster. Otherwise everything is okay.

I'm working in this organization last 2 years i didn't got any promotion any Appraisal I'm still on same position.I don't know what base they are giving us promotion kindly give them promotion who knows about the work and who is doing hard work for the organization please don't do the Paracality I'm really upset on the management.
