This company is basically a Lala company. I’m not sure about other departments but managers in finance don’t even have basic skills to be a manager. Lacks professionalism! Senior manager doesn’t even know how things work in the process. So much micromanaging that affects the efficiency of work and mental health of the employees. First of all Tbo is a big brand. Work culture is also good. Best thing is that they donot put pressure on their employees which is a very good thing. Wide range of product portfolio they have.

Except for the corporate politics, i didn't disliked any thing in tbo.

Learning is good for freshers but after 1-2 years its a high time to move ahead. Company culture is not at all advance, poor work environment its difficult to manage here if you come from any big MNC.

It was my first job.. excellent learning for starting 1-2 years but after that you will feel stable. Work environment is average here not like MNC. Poor HR management, high work stress level.

If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance.
