I am extremely disappointed with the senior managers of GFSS department at this company. They consistently dispaly a lack of leadership skills, communication, & decision making abilities. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal agenda & ego than the sucess of the team. They fails to provide clear direction & support, often leaving employees feelings lost & unsupported. Slow Cluster. Outdated tech. Low appraisals. Started with some micromanagement No food. Bad health insurance. The amount is good but they put sublimits in OPD, virtually making it ineffective.
