The way they position themselves during the interview process. The woman in HR is a joke. Her language would leave you in splits.

Dislikes

They should be ashamed of calling themselves an 'organisation'. Transjovan Capital is a 'shop' run by two highly arrogant partners who can just insult their people. There are no departments, no company culture, nothing. Beware of their positioning as a miniature of Bain, Deloitte etc . Its all fake and a big time sham. The salaries they give and the kind of work they expect are barely correlated. Don't waste your time and energy with them or be prepared to be humiliated and thrown out with zero confidence left at any point of time....Read More
