HR process is slow, not professional in terms of communication, ignorant to candidate followups. Salary is nothing as compared to the daily tasks performed. Most of the departments have no coordination, not trained to handle tasks.

Transguard Company is Good no doubt but management is so bad. Camp team and transport Cordinator they don't know how to manage peoples. They can not read a mail. I face a lot of problems in Transguard. I visited first time in dubai but management make my Emirates id renewal, without doing any finger. I suffer a lot without Emirates id. After 5 months I received my Emirates id when I went many time for correction. This was the first fault I found in the company and no one from the hr Department not listening me. I scared at that time. Even it was my first visit to dubai but transguard management telling me you worked in dubai in 2014 even that time I was in oman. I was lucky i carried my old passport with me. Then I got my id. I was honest and informed everyone about this incident. But everyone is so careless their is no value for human being in transguard. Secondly one day I found our transguard company transport Cordinator with drink and doing wrong things, but he make allegations against me,he send fake evidence and mail against me in hr office by telling me that you saw me in critical situation so you are dangerous for me. So he sent a mail against me. HR terminate me even I was right but he is shameless. HR didn't found any wrong things against me but he terminate me by doing parcelity. There is no equality. Company making money with agent. So they are terminating innocent and poor peoples. Owner should have to take it seriously just because of like this type off pathetic peoples company is losting the name and fame. Food also not up to the mark. Company is deducting 275 every month even that Food is worst. No hygiene and sanitation. No cleaning. Everyone is feeling same like a prisoner there. This company is not good for employees. There are too many persons who are thinking about how to deduct the salary. If you are working 30 days for this company this company will give you 13 aed on your 27 day for 12 hours duty. There is no off after a week some time this company will force you for work in whole month there will be no day off.this company will give you duty roster after that it will be change three time in a month. If there is your next day off your supervisor or team leader will come to you and he will say to you tomorrow is your off cancelled if you take your roster off they will mark absent. No any one is there to listen to you. This company forcefully taking work from their employees. Also if you are working at Dubai airport or Cargo village this company will eat your Ek allowance 250 aed per month. This company is doing exploitation their workers. You can't take your personal phone when you are going to duty 14 hours you have to spend without your phone.if something miss happening in your home you can check it after 14 hours because 12 hours is your duty 2 hours will take by bus your work area to accomodation. 1 hours in morning and 1 hours in evening.
