What I like most is the team and culture. People here are so talented and helpful. The only reason I could pull quite a few years here.

Dislikes

- The company doesn't care about the employee's growth. - People were kept under the same designation for 4+ years, which will hamper their growth in corporate. - The higher management is very confused about the brand and positioning and would stick to same old-fashioned methods, which hampers the creativity and growth of a personalindividual and the company. - overtime without any benefits is highly expected. - you cannot work on something you are good at, everybody has to work on everything, a designer has to design, write, do customer support, analyse data, and manage everything possible. While this is nice for a brief time but this will hamper the employee's personal growth in the long run. - they don't have a team leader or hierarchical structure who can lead and train a fresher, they expect you to know everything, and if you don't know something, you have to learn by yourself by giving extra hours or you can leave the company. -The higher authority is very partial, a few people would benefit in every way possible. I joined as a freelancer but didn't have any logistical support, no team member would respond properly. Suddenly i was asked to join office and i had to leave midway as i could not. The copies were enormously long and the marketing was average, the taglines used etc. Were of poor quality.

Old school management, slavery culture and enormous egos are just the point of the iceberg. I believe the passive-agressive managers are the worst. No leaders. Just someone you know is more important than you because he will constantly remind you about it and make clear "new people" know nothing and are worthless. They tell this sort of things in your face but they will also make sure to humiliate you in front of all the room. You can seriously feel the tension at office seen there are 30+ people in it, yet no one dares to speak. They mostly contract freshers to pay them little and "teach" them, but believe me, nothing you will learn here worth more than your integrity as a person....Read More

- no work life balance. Expected to work like a slave even on weekends - no job security. Can be asked to leave anytime without notice - Horrible senior management reporting to an arrogant CEO - Be prepared to be publicly humiliated and threatened in team meetings - forced to come to office even when unwell/ scolded for not being healthy enough to work

Poor work culture, dirty work politics, no team support, specially in the europe team, vikram Kohli is the real snake in the hole, everything is fine with the company but nothing is good about the europ department, if you are joining the company in anyother department then you are good to go but please avoid the europe team if possible.
