...he tension at office seen there are 30+ people in it, yet no one dares to speak. They mostly contract freshers to pay them little and "teach" them, but believe me, nothing you will learn here worth more than your integrity as a person.

The company is good when it comes to organization, structure and work quality.

...wards you only on the basis of your extra hours (even if they are unproductive). There are no sick-leaves, overtime compensation, work from home options. There is even a silence policy in the office to keep the employees from interacting with each other. Mental health is considered a liability there and it's all about the toxic hustle culture.

Poor work culture, dirty work politics, no team support, specially in the europe team, vikram Kohli is the real snake in the hole, everything is fine with the company but nothing is good about the europ department, if you are joining the company in anyother department then you are good to go but please avoid the europe team if possible.

Honestly, nothing. It's a place with bad vibes, pathetic culture, politics, and power with few. If you're a fresher, get ready to be depressed.

...urance, no outings, no WFH, no free transport, just free coffee, and free water. Also, 15 hours of work on BF sale with no extra compensation. BF= Black Friday

Only the initial phase of working in the company was good, few teammates were cooperative.

...d policies,no job security they can ask you anytime to leave without any notice. No good increments, they cut salary on per minute basis, asks you to work overtime and no OT paid. I faced harrasment from my product head and the company did not do anything on complain instead harrassed me more. So it's a company which talk big and gives nothing.
