Super toxic work environment, been working for many weekends without pay because the client is not willing to pay because of TIDC WONDERFUL performance.Getting calls at 4am sometimes and indirectly insulted in meetings for not picking it up.Meeting is everyday for minimum 40mins(Micro management), unrealistic deadlines which are notmet and then blamed for that.Discrimination between outsiders.Blame games among client and TIDC because of big lag in project.Their whole system at fault , they hire freshers that too on contract basis on less pay than permanent one and then after seeing the atmosphere here they leave which make the project suffer and on other hand some people contract was extended but not made permanent daying that your not upto the mark, atleast 3-4 leads left infront of me in 3-4 months because of the atmosphere.After getting more project managers still they are lagging behind.If you wish to make career in aerospace,that too in software department I highly recommend to avoid it or forget mental peace....Read More
