Not so good. Job security is zero and work culture is pathetic. Basic manners missing in employees. Line of communication is bad resulting in horrible work environment.

There is absolutely nothing to like in this company. Pathetic work environment. Invisible stress no clarity on work. No guidance. Public washrooms are far better than Transasia washrooms. Staff quality right from senior to junior is extremely poor. Seniors unnecessary harass staff to pr otect their own job....Read More

it is very customer centric organisation. Being in service there is no scope of healthy family life. Practically no holidays, no safe policy for working hours for service personnel specifically. This organisation runs on yes boss policy from top to bottom. you need to have a very good relation with your superior to get better working environment, appraisal, job security & career growth</mark>. remuneration is at per with the industry but you will be utilised for every penny of the money spend on you!! Right now there is no job security in transasia.There is no career growth.I was doing the same Work of more than a year. Work environment is pathetic. There is no work life balance. You are suppose to follow rules as if you are going to school. You are suppose to complete half an hour e xtra if you reach office late, ie after. 9.45, irrespective of whether you have work or not. HR team of transasia doesn't come up with any fun activities , all you have to do here is work.Transport is only provided from tell gali (Andheri east), provided you reach there by 7.45 or 8am and if you wait in office till 7pm. Overall there is no career growth and work like balance in this company. 150rs is given as overtime if you work till or after 9pm(ie. 8.45 am to 9 pm) The company should revise all the rules to make it a better place for people to work.
