Employees can learn novel skills

Dislikes

Managers exerts full burden on employees and highly biased towards selected or favourite employees. Highly favouritism is there in company culture. Management give increments and promotions to favourite employees and they don’t bother about other employees how much ever work they do. Full politics is there in teams. And at last ex employees have to wait for more than 6 months to get full and final settlement ( after sending numerous mails). Worst ever company management in India.
