Work culture, Accountability issues,Seniors don't give credits to there subordinate,divide and rule concepts are followed more(depends on dept) , people don't believe in working as a team. Only leadership lectures are given, actual leadership is lacking, No respect to subordinates,Product quality issues, fake commitment to team, customer and subordinate,delayed timelines, The one who makes the reagent and instruments doesn't care how the market is, Market is way ahead atleast 10 years, and we are back still struggling to launch a product that market badly needs. Managers exerts full burden on employees and highly biased towards selected or favourite employees. Highly favouritism is there in company culture. Management give increments and promotions to favourite employees and they don’t bother about other employees how much ever work they do. Full politics is there in teams. You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .

Terrible work environment. Never seen such a pathetic management. They need productivity but don’t know in which direction a department needs to move. Frequent change in plan turns up in chaos and confusion
