Managers exerts full burden on employees and highly biased towards selected or favourite employees. Highly favouritism is there in company culture. Management give increments and promotions to favourite employees and they don’t bother about other employees how much ever work they do. Full politics is there in teams. You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .
