Do not trust anyone in the company no matter he is at what level. People talk sweet on your face but you will be stabbed in back. Be ready to work with zhuggi zhopad patti crowd.

Dislikes

Managers exerts full burden on employees and highly biased towards selected or favourite employees. Highly favouritism is there in company culture. Management give increments and promotions to favourite employees and they don’t bother about other employees how much ever work they do. Full politics is there in teams. And at last ex employees have to wait for more than 6 months to get full and final settlement ( after sending numerous mails). Worst ever company management in India. You don’t even get your resignation after resigning. Nothing good in working in Transasia, they will exploit you in work. Don’t give any incentives . No worklife balance, very bad management .

After serving notice period properly and completed the other documentation, even after they don’t provide me the relieving letter and final settlement.

Terrible work environment. Never seen such a pathetic management. They need productivity but don’t know in which direction a department needs to move. Frequent change in plan turns up in chaos and confusion
