Poor management decisions. Ground staff are laid off during pandemic who plays main role in business operation. Only employees who were buttering are retained. Particularly employees belongs to one locality are retained just because one senior management official also belongs to the same area. This shows complete case of regionalism. No job security. Employees who were associated with org about 11_12 yrs they are also laidoff. Efficient employees were laidoff while inefficient were retained. Very very poor. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
