Good for training & short term job.

Dislikes

100% Monopoly of Kerela people, specially christians. they don't prefer any other religion person like Hindus.... there is totally monopoly 80% for their relatives only. Harassment for other state people.

Company is good for self development n open to innovation n accept to adopt new n latest technology.it give an very open n free handed challanging opportunity with clients n customer n workforce.Mine is both office onshore n offshore project works. I finished my contract n happy to re-join them if any opportunity arrives....

Packages offered is fine but carriers development is very slow as Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I backed up many time. No appreciation for achievement...but never informed appraisals strength even nagative ranking due to failure the system.

Work Details

My work always be challanging to meet the clients project target achievements alongwith Quality & HSE standards. Supporting with shoulders to shoulders for workforce at jobsite. As it is great time to learn with workforce n know the skills.
