Need help in negotiation

My current in-hand is 80k/m (9.5 LPA) in a product based company. Got an offer of 15 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed) from Wipro in Bengaluru. However, I currently stay at home and the office is very close. so everything is saved. What should I do?
