No job security as well as work life balance for candidates. Manager and Team Leader asks for employee's hard earned incentive. The inventive earned by working and closing sales target by employee itself. If any employee denies this proposal, he/she is being neglected and pressurised to do so. If he/she wants to leave the company orswitch the job, the Team Leader and Manager calls that particular employee's parents and give them fake news and defame employee. They blackmail the employee too and pressurise them not to disclose any of this malpractices to anyone. Manager named Rakesh Ranjan and Team Leader named Neelam Jadhav from Pune Branch were accused of all this Malpractices and their complaint was raised in front of Pune's Regional Manager as well as the CEO Mr. Sandip Chhetri Sir, personally on call, but unfortunately nothing happened and the employee itself got defamed and wrongly accused.
