Worst experience ever. There is no job security. Dirty work culture. Company policies are very bad. No proper management and process..

Working on every Sundays and holidays. Managers are not supportive from Pune branch. No proper support to clients. Everyone is just trying to loot money from clients pocket. Not giving appraisals. No growth policy. No single reason to work in this company.

In EC, working culture is very good but in NC totally opposite - horrible, salary deduction from employee

Dislikes

No internal growth policy from HR, Very poor HR and management policy. Change their policy every month, no mediclaim facility for employee and no IGP - High level management having very poor management skills and they work very old traditional way.
