Owner as no vision and mission. Work culture is terrible. U r not supported if u work good and specially the Food manager I don't know what her mission and vission are 🤣....she takes unnecessary descisions. And yes the company do not have any cafeteria . Softwares are also not updated.If anybody wants to upgrade oneself they must switch

Very pathetic work culture, especially the manager who doesn't know anything about industry and work culture,also food department manager doesn't have any knowledge she doesn't deserve the manager designation, don't know how organisation select this type of people and appointed as a manager 😁😁..she is only running the owner cabin every 30 minutes interval and than she come back and instruct his junior do this ,do that .
