I hope my review reaches more of you if you are thinking about joining this pathetic company. I joined the Kerala region and within 3 months I resigned after I found out it's a pathetic organization to pursue if you want to grow in your career. The work culture is filled with negativity and dirty politics(yeah politics is there in every company but here it's beyond the boundaries), regarding salary its one of the companies who pay the lowest in the market(branch manager for last 12yrs with trackon is still getting 28k) , also the salaries are not paid on time. Trust me i still regrets for joining this useless organization after leaving a well paid and well managed company. The HR policies are seriously stupid and idiotic!. Don't even think about leave need AGM approval for a leave and he won't approve even if you have 3 days paid leave every month. And kindly note those 3 days are not carried forward to the next month. Next the office timing you need to be onbtime that is 9.30am one min late it's LOP as per AGM next thing when you can leave sorry you can't you don't have a fixed time there were days where I did night shift also. Plus being a branch manager even i had to unload and load a vhl as the loaders went on strike due to payment issue.
