They only hire you close to your existing salary and promise a performance bonus, which is a total fraud. The performance bonus is just for show and nothing more. No defined job description, you should ask the Job Description and Location before joining. No Growth. Those who hard and Smart, will be given more jobs without any Financial benefits. No action for Idle govt employees.
