This is TP western odisha not Tata. Work culture is zero here. Specially in PSCC department every employees is frustrated. PSCC is "Pareshaan System Call Centre". If anyone is coming from technical field plz dont join this department. Here shift people is suffering, they dont get public holidays, leave, c-off enacashment , shift allowance, night shift allowance & work load is very high during shift hours. Appraisals are totally biased, all back office employees getting good ratings and employees on which PSCC is running only 2-3 of them get good rating. HOD only kept increasing pressure on shift employees for work but will never support them and will never talk on behalf of them for c-off encashment, shift/night shift allowance. Join any department but not PSCC, this is the worst....Read More

Big Alert to New Joiners , Please avoid joining TPWODL & specially PSCC Department. Minimum growth & Maximum politics. Appraisals is totally biased, it is already fixed in mind of HOD what rating u will get, rating ka kaam se koi lena dena nai h....jo uthayega wo payega. HOD PSCC try to be hitler but infact he is joker. Biggest dislike is PSCC & its HOD. Totally non technical person he is. He only knows how to mail & highlight small issues. sirf masala maarna h. He has no idea how to lead a department, totally incompetent person, doing same frustrating non technical work in d same department & company from years. Does not know manpower handling & never escalates issues of his employees to higher level, he is a boss not a leader. First & most disliked thing in whole TPWODL is PSCC department & more than that, HOD of PSCC. He is such a unworthy person who does not take stand for his own department people with zero technical knowledge & only thinking & doing politics with employees working in shift. He has no vision how to run department, how to utilise manpower, most incompetent HOD in whole TPWODL. No one gives him value in outside department & even in his own department. PSCC department is also 200% call centre, employess is being treated like slave here. Employess working in shifts have to work on public holidays, they dont get leaves and c-off encashment, no shift or night shift allowance & as mentioned their HOD does not address these problems to upper level & is busy living in his own fantasy world....Read More

Only Like is Job security which you will get in other standard companies also otherwise all dislikes. Working in PSCC is biggest dislikes. (Less manpower more work load, boss takes new work one by one every other day to show his upper management that he is doing a good work but never thinks that he has less manpower to perform that job. Never take front side in favour of his employees. Appraisal system is fully biased here, favorite employee who licks boot of boss, doing his personal work only getting P5. Experienced employees from good work background working in shift is forced to do these type of call centre & data entry operator type job. All their experience is getting vanished.)...Read More
