Good is that there will be friendly relationship between you & your immediate boss, again depends on your boss. You get support from supporting departments in solving problems. No individual target, all team work.

Nothing technical, no learnings, very low level tasks, same work everyday, only non productive work, lot of useless paper works, impossible to survive outside with Toyota experience
