The working pressure was quit heavy and the physical work was very harmful to our future.manpower reduction is the only dislike of Toyota there is three mans work is equal to one man work in every person working in Toyota company that is main thing this is the way of using the manpower by cost reduction. There is no respect to the Trainee only company employees are important to the Toyota.They need only physical strong manpower and there no healthy time to take breakfast and lunch just they give 20 to 30 minutes and 2to 5 minutes will consumes in the hand washing and catering so plz when these things changes The India's best of best company is Toyota industries of engine India Pvt Ltd....Read More
