Interaction with counterparts in Japan, their working systems commitment to work, creating infrastructure for execution of mega projects and its coordination for timely implementation , team work , responsibility accounting .

Dislikes

Heavy dependence on Japan whim and fancy and individuals executives from Japan, Indians do not get opportunity to learn core areas of engineering , only donkeys work left for Indians , corruption in decision making at high level, foreign company benefit at the cost Indian subsidiary with benefit to select key Indian executives and rest are left with no or marginal benefits or removed under VRS. Over a period no job satisfaction except opportunity to travel....Read More

Work Details

Business development work involves good communication with clients, counter part in Japan and most important internal with various disciplines. If good support of reporting director work is manageable . But otherwise it is miserable.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
