The environment is not like a workplace but like a school. Canteen food is bad and it has fix time to access the food. If you are late by 1 min, you wont be given tea/coffee or even lunch or breakfast. The diversity in the company is really bad. You can sense favors for people from specific places. The deadlines are really hectic,people will force you to achieve the un-realistic deadlines. Pay rise or revisions are only for specific group of people.
