Dislikes

The environment is not like a workplace but like a school. Canteen food is bad and it has fix time to access the food. If you are late by 1 min, you wont be given tea/coffee or even lunch or breakfast. The diversity in the company is really bad. You can sense favors for people from specific places. The deadlines are really hectic,people will force you to achieve the un-realistic deadlines. Pay rise or revisions are only for specific group of people. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
