Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

This is the best company I have ever seen in mohali as it has great services and great customer support which is reliable and fast. It is a great company for mobile and web application development in india. A while ago I had a problem and I contacted customer support and I got a reply within 1 hour to fix my problem. I strongly advise against joining the company .The MD treats employees horribly , almost like overburden employee with behavior that is nothing short of monstrous . He frequently shouts at the employees and uses the abuses language, creating a toxic environment . The salary structure is terrible with frequent and unjustified deductions, Employees are often forced to work overnight after office hour to meet the unrealistic deadline, yet there's is no appreciation and recognition of their effort ,The leaves polices are extremely strict and unreasonable adding to the stress . This's company environment pushes employees into depression and anxiety , it was the worst decision of my life to work here an absolute nightmare .
