I strongly advise against joining the company .The MD treats employees horribly , almost like overburden employee with behavior that is nothing short of monstrous . He frequently shouts at the employees and uses the abuses language, creating a toxic environment . The salary structure is terrible with frequent and unjustified deductions, Employees are often forced to work overnight after office hour to meet the unrealistic deadline, yet there's is no appreciation and recognition of their effort ,The leaves polices are extremely strict and unreasonable adding to the stress . This's company environment pushes employees into depression and anxiety , it was the worst decision of my life to work here an absolute nightmare .
